Our Story

Wei-Li Chong and Lorna Hagen started WIN Consulting with a clear goal: to boost their clients’ success by focusing on the direct link between financial results and a strong culture. With years of experience in changing company cultures for the better, they saw an opportunity for a partner who could connect the bottom line to modern ways of working. Wei-Li offers a unique operational perspective on leveraging customer experience as a key strategy for driving business performance, drawing from his extensive background in P&L leadership roles. He has a proven track record of leading multiple successful transformations in large multi-unit organizations such as KinderCare, Ann Taylor, and HSN, with a strong focus on driving profitability and growth.

Prior to launching Win Consulting, Wei-Li served as the President of MindGym (Americas), a global behavior change organization that leverages behavioral science, psychology, and research to help companies, including many of the Fortune 100 such as Microsoft, Nike, Starbucks, and Coca-Cola, improve their bottom line.

With deep expertise in all aspects of building high-performance cultures that directly impact P&L, Wei-Li has been a sought-after keynote speaker at major companies and conferences, including McKesson, Moody’s, Comerica Bank, The Milken Institute, and The Gallup Organization. His insights and strategies are rooted in a deep understanding of how to align culture with business objectives to drive measurable results.

Throughout her career, she has successfully led major digital transformations, turnarounds, and the high growth of several venture-backed unicorns.

At OnDeck Capital, Lorna played a key role in leading a successful IPO and driving the company’s operational strategy, resulting in 16 “Best Companies to Work For” awards. During her tenure at Dow Jones, she spearheaded a comprehensive HR transformation of their technology, team, and work practices, encompassing global compensation, recruitment, learning and development, and benefits administration, ultimately streamlining operations and improving efficiency.

Lorna’s passion for driving business growth through operational optimization and executive development fuels her work at WIN Consulting and in her executive coaching practice.
